# Philadelphia-fast complete canonical driver

The separate driver builds against the unchanged public Philadelphia 2.0.0 core
JAR, SHA-256 `396136037b0f41e635e3aea233c3f31f4a388318b445f4afe1609b9a6d28a7b7`.
It uses the benchmark's existing owner-thread facade. The old installed payload
and all its results retain their original identities and grades.

## Actual local qualification

On BEELINK2, a bounded direct compilation and the functional matrix pass:

- 269 envelope fragmentation/coalescing and exact numeric checks, zero skips.
- Twelve original TCP session pairs across all four flows, including zero warmup
and repeated runs: 240 primary samples, 240 scheduler-delay samples and 700
  application frames per peer.
- SDK-free cold replay reproduces all twelve receipts, bilateral original wire
bytes, complete canonical bodies and independently expected typed owner sinks.
- 49 changes to disposable evidence copies are refused. Late-body and marker
changes have corrected checksums; owner changes agree between result and
observation metadata, so the independent canonical reference remains required.
- The shared canonical/counter/comparison controls pass 65 tests, zero skips.

The first refusal run correctly raised `LayerBenchError` on truncated raw input,
but the test driver had not included that specific reader exception in its expected
refusal list. The corrected cold run passes; the initial failure is recorded here.
No raw original was changed.

Build and raw result originals are retained in
[evidence/philadelphia-canonical-local-20261014](evidence/philadelphia-canonical-local-20261014/retention-seal.json)
and the home archive, with every file byte and mode inventoried. These local runs
are small functional checks; they award no timing, physical or release grade.

## Remaining admission

Independent complete stripped-archive builds and checks on HP and SCAN are next.
The full physical controller/runtime generation, physical runs, independent cold
reader and matching Java comparison gates remain required. The new code does not
promote historic Philadelphia campaign cells.
