# FIX Antenna .NET: immutable runtime and fixed DAC entry

Both hosts pass sixteen native and independently collected runtime pairs: eight
relocated local pairs and eight through the fixed DAC namespace entry. Four
flows with zero/five warmup retain all 1,160 application/160 administration
frames per host while copying 480 bounded fixture frames. Independent replay
checks all 464 primary clock spans and the original runner's 384 measured
primary and 384 scheduler-delay values, excluding eighty warmup samples.
No timing, Stage 5 admission or result cells are granted.

Thirteen immutable payload files bind the original SDK, fixed-scale helper,
shared harness, qualified bounded producer, normal-user launcher and provenance.
Both separately collected 41-pair bounded-runtime parent proofs are mandatory
before packaging. Installation uses the existing registered generic data
installer; no root helper, sudo rule or registration is changed and no password
prompt is needed. Existing generations remain unchanged.

Every pair checks actual .NET/producer hashes, loaded SDK/helper/harness paths,
normal UID/GID 1000, exact inherited role masks, actual measurement-thread CPU,
local or fixed namespace inode, parsed invocation and fresh output path. Actual
SDK SendingTime values must fall inside the pair's wall-clock window. Commands,
process exits and launch metadata are retained before cold validation, followed
by exact bilateral prefix bytes, typed owners and measured-only sample checks.
The focused packaging/admission suite passes 132 tests without selected skips.

The first immutable generation on each host stops after the first local pair:
the worker has already checked both exits are zero, but the assembly reader
incorrectly sends combined status/stdout to a strict loaded-assembly parser.
Those failed units, installed generations and original files remain preserved.
The corrected parser independently replays all four actual role logs. A new
launcher records the actual parsed invocation before executing .NET; the worker
records per-role commands and process exits before validation. This changes
the launcher and immutable generation. Each new generation then completes all
sixteen fresh deployment cases without a retry. The SDK, benchmark DLL, helper
and harness are not rebuilt or changed.

HP's first independent extraction loses the launcher's executable bit and
therefore refuses its permission check. The complete copied files and their
hashes remain intact. A read-only native mode query restores only the local
copies' recorded permissions, then independent replay succeeds without another
download or native execution. SCAN's collector preserves archive modes and
passes once. Both successful native units exit zero with no remaining process.

Functional CPU leases permit concurrent shared work, with HP at high priority
and SCAN normal priority. No quiet performance result is inferred. The bounded
diagnostic configuration still copies first measured fixture cycles, so it
does not satisfy the separate preflight report method. Its prepared-application
tick boundary still includes SDK envelope work inside public send. A separately
claimed report configuration closes twelve application preflight captures by
original bilateral TestRequest/Heartbeat before warmup. That configuration and
fresh physical report admission remain separate; the matched .NET comparison
and full plan remain incomplete. Website delivery uses compact summaries and
excludes full per-test CDFs.
